FM-Polarizer

These products effectuate without chemicals and without added external energy an efficient dissipation of deposits of baceria as well as fungi in coolants in machine tools as well as in centralised systems where they float to the surface. Here they can easily be removed either by an aspiration system or by an efficient oil separator such as the Quicksep system. Futhermore the polarizer help to separate tramp oil in de-emulsifing coolants.
The FM-Polarizers are built in varoious sizes for different application and are available as option to the Quicksep coolant cleaners.

In combination with the Quicksep oil separators the FM-Polarizer helps in improving the wash process as well as the separation of the washed off oils. Usually a substantial saving in energy cost due to lower bath temeratures and savings in detergent can be achieved.
