Quicksep oil separators

QUICKSEP coolant cleaners are at the same time very efficient oil separators, aeration units and with the relevant accessory filters and magnetic separators.
Unwanted free oil is very efficiently removed from media such as coolants in machine tools, washing liquids, etc. At the same time the medium is aerated which counteracts anaerobic bacteria growth.

The production range includes separators with a flow rate of approx. 70 l/h in stationary as well as in mobile execution up to units with flow rates of 5'000 l/h.

All units are suitable for ambient temperature and in reinforced execution for hot applications (max. 80 °C)

A range of different suction floats, all with automatic level adjustment, complement the QUICKSEP coolant cleaners.

Suction floats

QUICKSEP - suction floats remove oil and other floating particles such as light metal chips, sludge, and dust of cast iron from the medium. They are always used in combination with the QUICKSEP coolant cleaners. The special design of the QUICKSEP suction float creates a whirl on the surface of the liquid and thus direct the flow of oil towards the nozzle of the float. At the same time the suction floats accommodate automatically for level fluctuations of up to 3 m and can be used even in tanks with agitated surfaces.

QUICKSEP - suction float 120

The QUICKSEP - suction floats 120 have been developed together with the QUICKSEP coolant cleaners to efficiently remove tramp oil from the surfaces of coolant tanks in machine tools. The easy handling with the universal adapter and the magnetic base allows easy placement in the tanks.
These suction floats keep the surface of coolant tanks impecably clean due to their abilty to accommodate for level fluctuations of up to 100 mm.

QUICKSEP - pipe float S50 / S70

The QUICKSEP - pipe floats of the type S50/S70 are used where only small openings allow access to the machine tool tank. They can accommodate for level fluctuation of max. 50 mm. These floats are mounted on the side or on the cover of the tank and use an opening of only 65 mm in diameter.

QUICKSEP - special purpose suction floats

The QUICKSEP - special purpose suction float with central inlet nozzle are used in applications with large level fluctuation in the tanks of centralised systems. Depending on the size the are siutable for a flow rate of 20'000 l/h. Level adjustments of up to 3 m are possible depending on design and application.
