Magnetic separators
This kind of filter unit apply magnetic force for the separation and are generally used where magnetic particles (steel, cast iron) have to be separated from fluids. Usually they are used in combination with other filtration technics.
Magnetic bar
Magnetic bars, used in conjunction with a MINI-QUICKSEP coolant cleaner remove very efficiently magnetic residues from the surface of coolants or from cutting oils. They are usually built into the pre filter of the MINI-QUICKSEP coolant cleaners. They can easyly be removed for manual cleaning.
Drum type magnetic separator
Magnetic separator for the integration into coolant conditioning plants. These units are available for flow rates of up to 500 l/min.
Special purpose magnetic separator
Magnetic separator with a flow rate of 60 l/min. in combination with a industrial vacuum cleaner with a flow rate 0f 250 l/min and a tank volume of 250 l.
